1. 服務營運、使用資格與接受條款

4PIE deep reader 是由 aidesignlab 品牌營運的獨立數碼服務。建立帳號時勾選同意，即表示你接受當時顯示版本的本條款及私隱政策；如你在適用法律下未具備自行接受條款的能力，應先取得父母或監護人同意。如不同意，請不要建立帳號或使用會員功能。

2. 帳號與安全

你須提供可驗證的 Email、保護登入資料，並對帳號內的活動負責。不得冒充他人或官方、買賣帳號、繞過存取限制或干擾服務。發現未授權使用，或遇到帳號問題，請寄至 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com；請勿透過 Instagram 私訊傳送密碼或帳號個資。

3. 排盤、專業模式與 AI 輸出

結果依賴使用者輸入、時區資料、曆法、計算方法、宮制、引擎版本及流派慣例。出生時間、地點或選項錯誤會改變結果；專業模式的推運及回歸盤亦有明示的取樣時間與方法假設。使用者應核對關鍵資料，不應僅憑命理或 AI 輸出作出醫療、法律、財務、安全或其他高風險決定。

4. Prompt 庫與授權

訪客可查看標題、簡介及限量預覽；完整內容與複製功能供登入帳號使用。此登入限制是產品存取控制，不是數碼版權管理。使用者仍不得移除權利聲明、冒充作者或侵犯版權。投稿者保留原有權利，並授予 aidesignlab 為提供服務所需的非專屬許可，包括託管、展示、格式化、審核及推廣投稿；投稿刪除後，此許可停止適用，但依法或技術備份合理需要保留的副本除外。

5. 社群規範

投稿可能先經審批且不保證公開。禁止未成年人性內容、色情剝削、極端暴力、仇恨或騷擾、自殘教唆、詐騙、惡意程式、洩漏個資、冒充官方、垃圾廣告、非法內容及侵犯版權。不得提交含有第三人敏感出生資料的 Prompt。

6. 舉報、下架與停權

管理員可調查舉報、限制或下架內容，並對重複或嚴重違規帳號作出警告、暫停或永久停權。緊急安全、適用要求或調查需要時可先行限制存取。申訴、版權通知、一般支援或個人資料權利要求，暫時統一請寄至 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com；私隱要求請在主旨註明「私隱」。

7. 4PIE Pro 付款

4PIE Pro 現以網站初期 Founding Access 價格提供：PayMe HKD 49、微信付款 CNY 49，或海外 Stripe USD 6.99；均為一次付款、不自動續訂。限定價格會隨 Prompt 庫、品質與 Pro 功能更新而調整；已購買者仍保留永久 Pro。PayMe／微信付款由後台根據付款成功截圖人工核對，處理可能延誤；預設開通至提交者目前登入帳號，亦可於提交時指定其他 4PIE username 或登入 Email。微信付款是人工核對方式，不代表已接入微信支付官方商戶 API。

返回 Stripe 成功頁不等於 Pro 已啟用；海外支付只會在 Stripe webhook 簽章驗證成功，並確認固定商品、USD 6.99、帳號及付款狀態後自動開通。Stripe Checkout 不建立 Invoice，也不要求帳單或收件地址；Stripe 或發卡機構仍可能為完成卡片驗證而要求必要資料。網站不直接收集或儲存完整信用卡或銀行帳戶憑證，只保存處理付款查詢與啟用 Pro 合理必要的付款識別碼、付款截圖、開通帳號、金額、幣別及狀態。付款、啟用、取消或退款問題請寄至 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com。

8. 服務可用性與責任邊界

服務可能因維護、安全、基礎設施或不可合理控制的事件而中斷、修改或終止。在適用法律允許範圍內，服務按現況及可用狀態提供，不保證命理解讀、AI 輸出或第三方服務完全準確、適合特定目的或持續可用；本條款不限制法律不能限制的責任或權利。

9. 變更與聯絡

更新條款時會修改日期；重大變更會以網站通知或 Email 說明，並在適用時要求重新同意。一般支援、帳號、付款、申訴、版權、私隱及個人資料查閱、更正或刪除要求，暫時統一請使用 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com。Instagram @aidesignlab.io 只供一般查詢、意見及品牌聯絡；請勿透過 DM 傳送密碼、完整出生資料、付款資料或其他敏感個資。

1. Service operation, eligibility and acceptance

4PIE deep reader is an independent digital service operated under the aidesignlab brand. By checking the consent box when creating an account, you accept the version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy then shown. If applicable law does not allow you to accept these terms on your own, obtain permission from a parent or guardian first. Do not create an account or use member features if you disagree.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide a verifiable email address, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity on your account. Do not impersonate another person or the service, trade accounts, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Report suspected unauthorised use or account problems to aidesignlab.io@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or account-specific personal data by Instagram DM.

3. Charts, professional mode and AI output

Results depend on user input, time-zone data, calendars, calculation methods, house system, engine version and school conventions. Incorrect birth time, location or settings will change results. Professional techniques and return charts also use disclosed sampling-time and method assumptions. Check critical data and never rely only on astrology or AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-risk decisions.

4. Prompt Library and licence

Guests may view titles, descriptions and a limited preview; full content and copying require a signed-in account. This access control is not digital-rights management. Users must still respect copyright, attribution and anti-impersonation rules. Contributors retain their existing rights and grant aidesignlab a non-exclusive licence needed to provide the service, including hosting, displaying, formatting, moderating and promoting a submission. The licence ends when a submission is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained to meet an applicable requirement or in technical backups.

5. Community rules

Submissions may be reviewed before publication and publication is not guaranteed. Prohibited material includes child sexual content, sexual exploitation, extreme violence, hate or harassment, encouragement of self-harm, fraud, malware, disclosure of personal data, official impersonation, spam, illegal material and copyright infringement. Do not include another person's sensitive birth data in a Prompt.

6. Reports, removal and suspension

Administrators may investigate reports, restrict or remove content, and warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts for repeated or serious violations. Access may be restricted first where urgent safety, an applicable requirement or an investigation requires it. Appeals, copyright notices, general support and personal-data rights requests are currently handled at aidesignlab.io@gmail.com. Include “Privacy” in the subject for privacy requests.

7. 4PIE Pro payments

4PIE Pro is currently offered at an Founding Access price: PayMe HKD 49, Weixin payment CNY 49, or overseas Stripe USD 6.99, each as a one-time, non-renewing payment. The launch price may change as the Prompt library, quality and Pro features improve; existing buyers retain lifetime Pro. PayMe and Weixin payments are manually reviewed from an uploaded payment-success screenshot and may be delayed. Pro defaults to the submitter's signed-in account, or another 4PIE username or sign-in email may be specified. Weixin payment is a manual-review option and does not represent an official WeChat Pay merchant API integration.

Returning to Stripe's success page does not activate Pro. Overseas access is granted automatically only after a signed Stripe webhook has been verified and the fixed product, USD 6.99 amount, account and payment status have all been checked. Stripe Checkout does not create an invoice or request a billing or shipping address, although Stripe or the card issuer may request information needed to verify a card. The website does not directly collect or store full card or bank-account credentials. It retains only payment identifiers, payment proof, target account, amount, currency and status reasonably needed to answer payment questions and activate Pro. 8. Availability and responsibility boundaries

The service may be interrupted, changed or ended for maintenance, security, infrastructure failures or events beyond reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is supplied as available without a guarantee that astrological interpretation, AI output or a third-party service is perfectly accurate, fit for a particular purpose or continuously available. These Terms do not limit liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We will revise the date when these Terms change, notify material changes on the site or by email, and request renewed consent where appropriate. General support, accounts, payments, appeals, copyright, privacy and requests to access, correct or delete personal data are currently handled at aidesignlab.io@gmail.com.
