1. 服務營運與聯絡方式

4PIE deep reader 是由 aidesignlab 品牌營運的獨立數碼服務。一般支援、帳號、付款及私隱問題，或個人資料查閱、更正及刪除要求，暫時統一請寄至 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com；私隱要求請在主旨註明「私隱」。

你亦可透過 Instagram @aidesignlab.io 提出一般查詢、意見或品牌聯絡。Instagram 不處理帳號個資或私隱權利要求；請勿透過私訊傳送密碼、完整出生資料、付款資料或其他敏感個人資料。

2. 我們收集的資料

帳號資料包括公開用戶名稱、Email、密碼雜湊驗證資料、Email 驗證狀態、方案、帳號狀態，以及同意條款的日期與版本。只有使用者主動儲存時，才保存命盤標籤、姓名或暱稱、出生日期、時間、地點、性別及排盤設定。社群功能保存投稿、讚好、收藏、舉報、審批與安全稽核紀錄。

PayMe 或微信付款申請會保存付款方式、金額、幣別、提交者、最終指定開通帳號、付款成功截圖、提交時間及核對狀態。截圖只接受受限圖片格式及大小，並只提供網站 owner 核對。海外支付由 Stripe Checkout 處理；網站只保存處理付款查詢、避免重複開通及啟用 Pro 合理必要的 Stripe Checkout Session、事件及付款識別碼、商品、金額、幣別和狀態。網站不要求或保存帳單／收件地址，也不直接收集或儲存完整信用卡號碼、銀行帳戶憑證、付款密碼或網上銀行登入資料。

3. Cookies 與技術紀錄

登入後使用必要的工作階段 Cookie 維持登入狀態；瀏覽器本機儲存語言偏好。伺服器及託管服務可能為安全、限流及故障診斷而記錄 IP 位址、請求時間、瀏覽器類型、存取路徑與錯誤資料。必要 Cookie 不用於跨網站廣告追蹤。

4. 使用目的

資料用於建立及保護帳號、Email 驗證與密碼重設、執行排盤、保存使用者主動建立的命盤、提供 Prompt 社群、核對 PayMe／微信付款申請、驗證 Stripe 海外付款、處理付款查詢、啟用 Pro、回應支援請求、防止濫用及履行適用義務。將來若加入非必要分析或行銷，會事先說明並在適用時取得同意。

5. 存取、披露與服務基礎設施

審核員只應存取公開投稿、待審內容與舉報；付款及帳號支援人員只應存取完成工作所需的最少資料。服務可能依賴託管、資料庫及 Email 基礎設施處理必要資料。除回應使用者要求、維持服務安全或適用要求外，我們不出售個人資料，亦不會僅為廣告目的公開命盤資料。

6. 保存與刪除

帳號有效期間會保存帳號資料及使用者主動建立的內容。刪除帳號會移除私人命盤、投稿及互動資料；為處理付款確認或爭議、安全事件、反濫用、備份完整性或適用紀錄要求，部分最少必要紀錄可能在合理需要期間內保留，之後刪除或去識別化。你亦可透過 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com 提出查閱、更正或刪除要求。

7. 第三人的出生資料

儲存家人、伴侶或其他人的出生資料前，請確認你有權提供並已取得所需同意。建議使用暱稱，不要輸入與排盤無關的身份證號碼、電話、地址或其他敏感資料。

8. 安全、權利與更新

系統採用密碼雜湊、Email 驗證、工作階段限制、權限分隔及請求限流等措施，但任何網絡服務都不能保證絕對安全。你可在帳號功能內更正部分資料、修改密碼或刪除帳號；其他個人資料查閱、更正、刪除或私隱問題，請使用 aidesignlab.io@gmail.com。重大政策更新會在網站或透過 Email 提示。

1. Service operation and contact

4PIE deep reader is an independent digital service operated under the aidesignlab brand. General support, account, payment and privacy questions, including requests to access, correct or delete personal data, are currently handled at aidesignlab.io@gmail.com. Include “Privacy” in the subject for privacy requests.

You may also contact Instagram @aidesignlab.io for general enquiries, feedback or brand contact. Instagram does not handle account-specific personal data or privacy-rights requests. Do not send passwords, complete birth details, payment data or other sensitive personal information by Instagram DM.

2. Data we collect

Account data includes your public username, email address, password-verification hash, email-verification status, plan and account status, plus the date and version of your legal consent. Chart labels, name or nickname, birth date, time, location, gender and chart settings are stored only when you choose to save them. Community features store submissions, likes, favourites, reports, moderation decisions and security audit records.

For PayMe or Weixin payment requests, we retain the payment method, amount, currency, submitter, final target account, payment-success screenshot, submission time and review status. Screenshots are restricted by image type and size and are available only to the site owner for review. Stripe Checkout processes overseas payments; we retain only the Stripe Checkout Session, event and payment identifiers, product, amount, currency and status reasonably needed to answer payment questions, prevent duplicate fulfilment and activate Pro. We do not request or retain billing or shipping addresses, and the website does not directly collect or store full card numbers, bank-account credentials, payment passwords or online-banking login details.

3. Cookies and technical logs

An essential session cookie keeps signed-in users authenticated, and local browser storage remembers language preference. For security, rate limiting and diagnostics, the server or hosting service may log IP address, request time, browser type, requested path and error information. Essential cookies are not used for cross-site advertising.

4. Why we use data

We use data to create and protect accounts, verify email, reset passwords, calculate charts, save content you request, operate the Prompt community, review PayMe or Weixin payment requests, verify Stripe overseas payments, answer payment questions, activate Pro, provide support, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Future non-essential analytics or marketing use will be explained before activation and consent obtained where required.

5. Access, disclosure and service infrastructure

Moderators should access only public or pending submissions and reports. Payment and account-support personnel should access only the minimum needed for their work. The service may rely on hosting, database and email infrastructure to process necessary data. We do not sell personal data or publish chart data solely for advertising. Data may otherwise be disclosed only to fulfil a user request, maintain service security or meet an applicable requirement.

6. Retention and deletion

Account data and content you create are kept while the account is active. Account deletion removes private charts, submissions and interactions. Minimum records may remain for a reasonably necessary period to confirm or dispute payments, investigate security incidents, prevent abuse, maintain backup integrity or meet applicable record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You may also request access, correction or deletion at aidesignlab.io@gmail.com.

7. Other people's birth data

Before saving another person's birth data, make sure you are entitled to provide it and have obtained any required consent. Use a nickname and do not enter identity numbers, phone numbers, addresses or unrelated sensitive information.

8. Security, rights and updates

We use password hashing, email verification, session controls, separated permissions and request rate limits, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may correct some details, change your password or delete your account through account features. For other access, correction or deletion requests, or privacy questions, email aidesignlab.io@gmail.com. Material policy changes will be notified on the site or by email.
